All sales are final; there are no refunds. Mini series subscription orders include a $10 per order handling fee. Individual ticket orders include a 5% handling fee (minimum $5 per ticket), and merchandise orders include a $5 per order shipping and handling fee. Handling fees are non-refundable. Ticket exchanges to an alternate performance of the same opera are a subscriber benefit and must be made at least two days before the first performance involved, and are subject to availability.
